きゅうりとなす、紫陽花とともに──思い出を描くオーダーメイドのお供えキャンドル

 

こんにちは、らっそくやのicoです。

今回ご紹介するのは、お供え用にご依頼いただいたオーダーメイドキャンドルです。

ご依頼主さまの大切な方が、生前にとても大切に育てていた「きゅうり」と「なす」。

その方を偲ぶ気持ちを込めて、「育てていた野菜をキャンドルに描いてほしい」とご希望をいただきました。

さらに、季節のお花である**紫陽花（あじさい）**も添えて、柔らかく、優しい雰囲気に仕上げました。

形だけでなく、「あの人らしさ」や「懐かしい風景」がふわっと思い出されるような──そんな気持ちを大切に描かせていただきました。

小さめのサイズ感で、仏壇や祭壇にも飾りやすく、火を灯すだけでなく、そっと眺めて心を落ち着けるような存在になれば嬉しいです。

Today, I’d like to share a special custom-made memorial candle created as an offering for a loved one.

The request came from someone who wanted to honor a family member who had carefully grown cucumbers and eggplants in their garden.

They asked me to paint these vegetables on the candle—as a way to cherish those gentle memories and bring that person’s presence closer.

To complement the design, I added seasonal hydrangeas to evoke a soft and calming feeling, just like early summer’s quiet beauty.

I painted each element carefully, hoping the candle would bring comfort whenever it’s seen—like a small light that guides our memories home.

This compact-sized candle is perfect for home altars or memorial spaces, designed to soothe the heart both with and without a flame.
