「らっそくや」では、絵画作品のほか、和ろうそく・骨壷・キャンドルホルダー・お供物や贈り物などに、

オーダーメイドで絵付けを施す活動をしています。

手を動かす前に、まずお話を伺うことから始まります。

誰に向けたものなのか、どんな気持ちを届けたいのか、どんな空間に置かれるのか。

絵を描くことは、誰かの心に手紙を書くような行為だと考えています。

植物性の和ろうそくには、故人への祈りや季節の移ろいを込めて。

骨壷やキャンドルホルダーには、大切な記憶や感謝の想いを。

そして絵画作品には、日々をともにする空間にそっと寄り添う風景や余白を描いています。

「ただ飾る」ではなく、

その人の心に寄り添い、空間の一部として共に在る絵であること。

その想いを大切に、すべての作品を一点ずつ丁寧に制作しています。

At Rassokuya, I create custom hand-painted artworks ranging from original paintings to

decorative Japanese candles (warōsoku), urns, candle holders, and personalized memorial gifts.

Before I begin painting, I start with listening.

Who is this for? What kind of feeling do you want to convey?

What kind of space will the piece live in?

To me, painting is like writing a heartfelt letter—one that takes shape in color and form.

The traditional Japanese candles, made from plant-based wax, carry the spirit of the seasons and prayers for the departed.

Urns and candle holders are adorned with memories and gratitude.

And paintings are created to quietly accompany daily life—offering a sense of peace, openness, and reflection.

Rather than creating art just to decorate,

I aim to craft pieces that become a meaningful part of your space—

something that gently resonates with the heart.
